A former secondary English teacher and Composition Instructor at the University of Missouri, I began my writing business in 1994, after earning my Master’s in Rhetoric and Composition. Since then, I’ve been a professional writer, performing a variety of writing tasks for numerous clients.
I’m comfortable dealing with nearly any writing challenge: from a simple letter or resume to a 250-page accreditation report. However, because a great deal of my writing is proprietary or confidential, my samples are limited to primarily articles and grants.
Typically, I bid jobs by estimating the number of hours and developing a timeline. Experience has proven that good writing is about preparation and planning, not just the ability to string words together in a meaningful way.
My combination of writing skills, project management, and teaching experience has proven highly successful in helping people with their writing concerns. I encourage you to contact me if you need help with a writing project.
